Before starting Shenanigans, Jeremy spent time inventing toys and games at Big Monster Toys and also at Rehkemper Invention and Design. Jeremy also developed some experience on the manufacturing side of the industry while working in an internship at Mattel. Posner has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a passion for playing with toys and games.

In 2016, Jeremy won the Game Innovator of the Year award at the Chicago Toy and Game Fair TAGIE Awards for his work on Jenga Quake (Hasbro), Smackies (Goliath), Stratos Spheres (ThinkFun), Twangled (Mindware), Gravity’s Edge (Mindware), and Brynk (Winning Moves) while being employed by Big Monster Toys.

Jeremy uses cutting edge technologies in the development of his prototypes.  He is fluent in Solidworks, Rhino, Fusion 360, Adobe Illustrator and much more.  He maintains, owns and operates his own 3D printer and also has access and a masterful knowledge of LASER cutters, a plastic injection molding machine, and CNC mills.
